ANNOUNCEMENTS:

Hi Family!

*BRING CASH!!! Most vendors/the bar/etc. will be cash only. Venmo/Pay-Pal may be an option for some, but the cell service can be spotty out there. We are hoping to have an ATM available but it's been slightly difficult trying to secure one at this time.

*Check in begins Friday 11/22 at 10AM. We recommend writing out your directions (in case service goes out) as well as using a GPS. If you are planning on bringing your own liquor/beer, we are asking for a donation of $10-$20 at the door. The bar this year is by donation only, so we ask that you help us out in this way to support the Festival :)

*Once you check-in, we will have friends directing you where to go/park if you have an RV. If you are car/tent camping, we will have designated areas marked. It is a huge property, so feel free to spread out/explore. There are lots of fun little nooks and crannies around.... :) Also, please remember to be patient as we get RV's parked! Thank you!

*Our food vendor CLESI’s! is planning on breakfast, lunch and dinner (with some vegetarian options). We always recommend bringing some snacks and what not of course, and you are welcome to bring your own grills if you like to cook at camp!

*BRING DRINKING WATER! The property has a clubhouse that has running well water from the sink. It's safe to drink but can be kinda funny tasting. We recommend bringing your own jugs that you can keep at camp. You are welcome to refill at the clubhouse if you do run out.

*FOLKS BRINGING RVs*

*There are not water hookups so we recommend filling your water tanks before you arrive. Also, if you need to dump your grey/black water tanks during the Fest, the people who come to clean the porto potties everyday will often offer to pump your tanks for a fee (paid to them). This is not always the case, but if you manage to track them down when they are doing the cleanings, they are usually pretty cool about it. But again, bring Cash & no guarantees.

*IMPORTANT- In addition to the purchase of an RV Pass, everyone in your party needs to purchase a 3-Day pass as well. For example, if you are bringing your RV and 3 friends, you would also purchase a 3-Day pass and each of your 3 friends would, too.

*Encouraging everyone to bring costumes, lights, toys, sparkly things, a good attitude and your smiles! We all need this community now more than ever, and we are so stoked that this is all happening!
